KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Guest Service Excellence

Delivery & Setup: Ensure the prompt delivery of orders to the 60 suites and 3 private villas. Set up tables or trolleys elegantly, in perfect adherence to Fouquet’s luxury standards.

Courteous Service: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, present dishes and beverages accurately (highlighting ingredients or pairing suggestions), and provide beverage service as required.

Clearance: Conduct regular sweeps of hallways, corridors, and villa outdoor areas to discreetly clear away used trays and trolleys, maintaining the property’s pristine appearance.
Minibar Operations

Replenishment & Control: Conduct daily checks and restocking of minibars in occupied, arriving, and departing suites/villas according to established luxury standards.

Freshness & Presentation: Ensure all minibar products are perfectly clean, neatly arranged, and well within their expiration dates.

Consumption Tracking: Accurately record and report daily guest minibar consumption to the Front Desk for correct billing.
Operational Efficiency

Mise en Place: Prepare and stock service equipment, room service trolleys, and minibar restock carts ahead of peak hours to ensure maximum responsiveness.

Communication: Collaborate closely with Room Service order-takers, the kitchen, and the front desk to pass along guest feedback, preferences, or specific dietary restrictions.
