Fouquet’s Mykonos is seeking a Cook

Located on the shores of Paraga Beach, Fouquet’s Mykonos is the Barrière Group’s first venture in Greece. Blending Cycladic art, Mediterranean horizons and French refinement, this exceptional retreat harmonizes with its natural surroundings to offer 60 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, and pools. Complete with a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant, and direct beach access, it delivers an intimate yet spectacular Mediterranean experience. 

As a Guest Relation Agent, you are the ambassador of tailored luxury and memorable experiences delivered directly to our guests throughout their stay. You will ensure the flawless coordination, personalization, and execution of guest requests.

Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey, ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships and creating lasting impressions.
  • Anticipate guests’ preferences and proactively arrange personalized amenities, special occasions, and tailored experiences.
  • Coordinate guest requests efficiently with all hotel departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, ensuring prompt resolution and effective service recovery.
  • Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences, wellness services, and curated local activities according to each guest’s preferences.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences using Opera PMS to provide personalized service during current and future stays.
  • Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards, LQA requirements, and company procedures at all times.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to surprise and delight guests, creating memorable moments that exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and all operational departments to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Qualification

Required qualifications:

  • Do you have a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences?
  • Are attention to detail, personalization, and exceptional service part of who you are?
  • You might just be the talent we’re looking for!
  • You are proficient in Opera PMS and fluent in both English and Greek. Any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
  • Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities distinguish you.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with different departments while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Your « Plus »? Previous experience with LQA standards, Forbes Travel Guide standards, and luxury hospitality brands.

Starting date: ASAP until mid-October.

Statut employé.
Entre 10K et 12K euros brut pour la saison (hors pourboires).
