- Establish a strong presence on site, favoring quality management, particularly during periods of high attendance and rush.
- Provide a support role to heads of departments and teams.
- Maintain regular contact with the teams and guarantee a good social climate.

- Ensure compliance with legal, city, and country regulations, as well as the standards and procedures of Barrière Group.
Customer & External Relations
- Be responsible for the positive experience and well-being of customers.
- Implement proactive processes to promote customer satisfaction.
- Engage with and be available to customers; maintain good relations with customers while developing their loyalty.
- Serve as the privileged interlocutor for institutions (administrations, Egyptian authorities, French Consulate and Embassy, etc.).
- Participate in maintaining good relations with the economic fabric (traders, hotel-type partners, GM of the Sofitel, GMs of competing casinos, etc.) and integrate with local components.
Financial & Strategy
- Be responsible for achieving the objectives of sales and results targeted in the budget while respecting the corresponding expense ratios.
- Optimize and develop the company’s revenue.
- Develop and implement the marketing action plan.
