Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience in accordance with Barrière’s luxury hospitality standards.
- Handle reservations, room allocations, guest requests, and billing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Provide personalized recommendations regarding hotel facilities, services, restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process administrative tasks using Opera PMS.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily financial procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
- Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards, LQA requirements, and company procedures at all times.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
