KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during the night, ensuring a seamless and luxury check-in/check-out experience.

Handle guest luggage with care and efficiency, escorting them to their suites or villas while presenting hotel amenities.

Oversee the security, tranquility, and administrative management of the Front Office operations during the night shift.

Ensure the success of overnight operations, responding promptly to guest requests and fulfilling Barrière’s service quality commitments.

Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety, security, and compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.

Coordinate with the night housekeeping and room service teams to ensure flawless preparation for early morning arrivals and guest requests.

Anticipate guest needs and handle any overnight emergencies or complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
